Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any schedule changes.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted based on the specific services requested and the scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are net 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept payment by check, credit card, or electronic transfer. Late payments may be subject to service charges and interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Service Warranty

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the service area, ensuring that all equipment is in proper working condition, and disclosing any hazardous conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

7. Limitation of Liability

Commercial Kitchen Cleaning of Texas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
